Very nice and cozy place. Food is 100% Portuguese. We ate Beef à Portuguesa and Lagartinhos Grelhados and just taste like home, specialty the home made French fries.
Highly recommend to visit Macau for Portuguese food. Suckling pig and octopus salad are great, merely the taste I had in Portugal! Chef is super nice and he even took a pic with me! ;) Waitress are very nice too! Will return again for sure!
We came here for lunch after A-Ma Temple. It was amazing!! Special thanks to Great chef - Fernando and Sous , who prepared our food with Love. 2 very helpful and attentive Server - Francis and Rose. We love the food so much. It is so yummylicious. Definitely ll come again and recommend more friends to come.
Our crew couldn't stop raving about the flavors after our 3rd visit. It never ceases to full-fill! It's a little ways from the strip...but well worth the trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We'll be back again next time!
We never expected to find this wonderful shop. The Portuguese black Iberian ribs were outstanding, the Carre de Porco Preto no Forno and grilled cod fish was like an explosion of sensual flavors all captured in each dish. To capture it all and end it on a great final note was the creme brûlée, the chef managed to create a light crispy brûlée with a smoky flavor. Probably one of the best creme brûlée my family has had.
Came across it feeling hungry near the A-Ma Temple, the place is just besides the Escola Nautica, so it must be very Portuguese (said me to myself before entering, and the experience turned out as expected!). I had the the octopus with potatoes, it was grilled just right, very tender and perfectly seasoned, served in fresh olive oil. Before that I was also offered a service from the chef himself, an appetizer dish of assorted presunto and chouriço, which were wonderful, too. Strongly recommended if you want something authentic from Europe in Macau.
